Gunawirra is a not-for-profit organization providing services for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from birth to adulthood. The main objective of Gunawirra programs is to ensure the growth and development of Aboriginal children such that they are equipped to assume their rightful place in Australian society.

Gunawirra seeks for every child: a sound education, a loving family, and a secure and safe community in which to grow.

The eco house Australia design process started by evaluating essential human needs and sensibilities, developed with input from Australian Aboriginal friends in northern Queensland.

The result is a range of very affordable houses and buildings that people relate to and enjoy using, and that are easy on the environment.

Indigenous Australians have unique relationships with the country they have inhabited for over 50,000 years. They are as one with their environment and do not seek to control it, just to live as part of it.

Joadja  is the oldest Vineyard and Winery in the NSW Southern Highlands. Interest in growing grapes in a cool-climate led us to planting vines this high, cool region in the early 1980s, recognising the potential of this district for premium grapegrowing, with its cool nights, warm days and extended autumn.

At 730 metres above sea level , grapes ripen slowly developing intense flavour, freshness, character and complexity.
